Terms and Conditions

Deposit:

Your cake order will only commence once a non-refundable deposit has been made. The deposit must be paid as soon as possible to secure the agreed collection date. Final payment must be made before or upon collection.

Cake alterations:

Any changes to your cake order will be accepted 3 weeks prior to the collection date. After this time changes may include a charge.

Collection:

You must collect on the agreed time and date. Once collected the order becomes your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any damages caused to the cake once it has left the premises.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of a cancellation, deposits are non-refundable.

In an effort to assure that there are no misunderstandings, the following is an outline point of potential confusion concerning our cake policies. I ask that you carefully read and sign the form stating that you fully understand the policies.

Every effort will be made to provide as close of duplication to your design and colors. Icing color may have a tendency to change with time, humidity and heat.

Darker colors may stain teeth and could have a residual flavor. However, we reserve the right to determine the quality of the color match.

We will photograph our cakes and reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
